Our process

We offer a free initial consultation. At this meeting we will have a conversation around your current systems and what you are looking to achieve. This generally takes an hour or so. After this initial consultation we will email you with our thoughts and recommendations for your business going forward. There is no charge for this consultation and our initial analysis

After recieving this email from us, you can make a decision as to whether you want to continue with our consulting services. If you do want to continue, the engagement generally happens in three phases:

Research

We will get to know your business; the systems and software you use. And we will look to understand your exact requirements.

Recommend

After doing the research needed to ascertain the best way forward, we will put forward our thoughts and recommendations. This generally takes the form of a written report, which we go through with you at a meeting. After taking the time you need to consider the recommendations you can choose whether you want to go ahead and implement the recommendations

Implement

This is the "doing" phase. We will work with you to implement the recommendations. We do this in a collaborative and flexible way.

This sounds expensive, it is suitable for small or medium businesses?

Yes! The service is designed for small and medium businesses. We leverage our experience and our network to get results as efficiently as possible. In addition the free initial consultation and analysis means you will get a chance to understand in more detail how we work and to discuss costs going forward.

Are you a re-seller of any particular software?

We are 100% vendor neutral. If we do recommend a software system, it is because we feel this is the best fit for your organization, not because we have any particular association with the software vendor.

Does your consultation look at our company systems or just our software?

A software system is just that - a system. To look only at software without understanding the systems around that software is a limited approach. We get to know your company, the systems you use, and the software that powers your systems.

Do you offer a fixed fee?

Whether or not we can offer a fixed fee will depend on the nature and complexity of our engagement. This can be discussed at the initial consultation
